Ok then, let’s try this again:

Happy New Year, 2026!

It looks like we’ve completed another trip around the Gregorian calendar, which means it’s time to celebrate the old and ring in the new. While the year flew by, we stayed busy at Alienware Arena, continuing to offer Games, Giveaways, Events, Rewards, and more!

Here’s a short recap of the new features and opportunities introduced in 2025. For more detailed stats, check out our End of Year Review page.

What Was New on Alienware Arena in 2025?

The Marketplace EXPLODED with New Rewards
With so much ARP on hand, we needed to bring new premium rewards to the Marketplace. This included the recent introduction of Gift Cards, refreshed quarterly alongside Dell Rewards Points (DRP). Members can now use ARP to obtain gift cards for various stores in their region.
LEGO™, everyone’s favorite building blocks, introduced the Area 51 LEGO Set and the accompanying Alienware Area-51 workstation. These products were so popular that they sold out quickly, but don’t worry, more are on the way! From neon signs and umbrellas to stylish gear, the Marketplace has more than ever before.
 

Alienware Command Center Is Now Available to Everyone!
Alienware Command Center (AWCC) 6.9 launched in July and, for the first time ever, is available to all users, even if you don’t currently own an Alienware product. Alienware Arena is now integrated into the app, giving users quick updates on news and promotions.
This was a major milestone for us, and coming soon, Alienware Arena will continue to utilize AWCC for future Quests and Events. If you haven’t downloaded it yet, now’s the time!

Completely Revamped Achievements and Introduced Verified Members
Our original achievements system, created back in 2018, had become outdated as many tracked features were discontinued. We’ve updated all achievements and added dozens more!
Members can now complete onboarding achievements and unlock Verified Member status. This badge will appear next to your name on Relay and your profile, and in the future, it will serve as a gate for special promotions. As you progress through onboarding, new achievements will be revealed in their own sections. Reach milestones and unlock Static Artifacts (lore-based cards with no boosting capabilities, designed to expand on Artifact lore).

The Season of Giving Is Also the Season of Community Giveaways
One of the most requested features from our members was the ability to share extra codes. Now you can create your own sweepstakes or auction bids for any unused keys you have lying around. Members who give away keys will also earn a small ARP bonus for each successful promotion.

An Updated Alienware Arena App Experience
The Alienware Arena app received a minor UI update with the addition of the Authenticator, which secures your account with multi-factor authentication and is required for high-profile key giveaways.
To get the most out of the app, make sure notifications are turned on so you never miss events or promotions!

Finally, a personal thank you from me, Cartire. I’ve been working on Arena since its inception back in 2009, when it was just a simple tournament site. In a little over 15 years, I’ve watched this small community grow into the behemoth it is today. I may sound biased, but I still believe this is the #1 place for gamers to be.
